Add new rental BookingFWIsync

  • Go to the Properties section of your account
  • In the top right corner of the page, click on Add Property
  • Enter at least the name of your new rental and click on Add rental
  • You can repeat the process and add more rentals or go to Bookings tab and start updating your calendar.
     
    It is important for you to fill out as much data as possible as it will be used to create/update your website (through our website builder), but also can be pushed to several distribution portals (like Airbnb for example)

  • You can define the base rate for your rental, different seasons with different influences on the base rate and rates rules.

Create a reservation Click on Calendar 

  • From the monthly or detailed calendar, click on an empty cell corresponding to the start of the stay
  • Reservation Details: The price calculation can be displayed on the right side. indicate the origin of the reservation, last name, first name, address of the reserving party, possibility of adding discounts and other options.
  • Comments: These fields may contain special information for Concierges, Housekeepers, Managers, enter here any notes and miscellaneous information you want to keep on your reservations, such as expected arrival times, age of occupants, etc.

OTA's Commission The different sales channels

  • In BookingFWIsync, the different sales channels for your accommodation are grouped under the heading “Broker”
  • For OTAs whose commissions are already fixed by contract, you can record the percentage of commission to be increased on the net owner rate
  • The “Net Owner” amount is equal to the amount of the stay, excluding tourist tax and cleaning costs and OTA commission.

    For example “Bleu Marine Residence” while on your site you would prefer “Residencebleumarine”.
