Reservation conditions
Duration:
The rental period is determined by this contract.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., check-out before 11:00 a.m. In case of late departure, an additional night will be charged.
For “hotel-like” comfort, a concierge service is at your disposal (food purchase before your arrival, boat rental, helicopter tour…, taxi booking, car rental, private chef, housekeeper every day, babysitter...) All services have an extra charge directly with our Concierge.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
This reservation is made with BOOKING FWI and the client.
The reservation will be confirmed when BOOKING FWI receives full payment in the account.
to. DEPOSIT
A deposit of 25% of the rental price must be paid. There will be no contract with us until we have received this amount and the duly signed booking form, and we have subsequently confirmed your booking.
b. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance of payment must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. If BOOKING FWI does not receive the balance before the due date, BOOKING FWI will have the right to cancel the reservation, claim the cancellation fees and retain the deposit. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival date, you must pay the full rental cost at the time of reservation.
C. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
It is agreed between the parties that if you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, or the reservation is canceled by BOOKING FWI due to non-payment, then BOOKING FWI will be entitled to the following percentage of the rental cost. :
• Maximum 31 days before arrival: 25%
• within 30 days prior to arrival: 100%
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email.
No-shows, late arrivals, changes to the number of people in the Client's party after arrival and early departures are non-refundable.
Third party bookings made on your behalf by BOOKING FWI are not covered by the above policy; Each company will operate according to its own terms and conditions.
d. ALTERATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS THROUGH BOOKING FWI.
Although unlikely, in the event that BOOKING FWI has to make any changes to confirmed arrangements due to reasons beyond our control, BOOKING FWI will inform you as soon as possible. If BOOKING FWI is unable to provide you with the property you have booked, BOOKING FWI reserves the right to transfer your group to a similar villa.
However, if this is not possible or if you do not wish to be transferred, BOOKING FWI will cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid to BOOKING FWI for the accommodation. BOOKING FWI will not be responsible for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
2.0. CHANGES
Accommodation changes are not permitted while the Client is on the island except for justified cause such as noisy construction, or a major technical problem in the accommodation. All these changes are made at the best discretion of BOOKING FWI.
2.2. ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY
The total number of rooms rented and people allowed in the villa or apartment at any given time is restricted to the number of people and rooms scheduled and paid for, generally based on 2 people per room. If a group misrepresents their identity, they will be required to pay immediately for the excess people or must vacate the accommodation without refund. Exceptions can be made only for babies if they sleep in a crib and do not occupy one of the villa's beds.
23. SECURITY DEPOSIT/DAMAGES
A security deposit will be held on your credit card authorization to cover any damages or additional charges.
Please note that BOOKING FWI will take a printout of your credit card upon arrival as a deposit.
2.4. BEHAVIOR
By signing this agreement, you accept and assume responsibility for the correct and decent behavior of your group. You and your party agree to conduct yourself in a manner that shows respect towards the rental property, including its staff, surrounding properties and the owners/occupants. In the event that this requirement is not met, BOOKING FWI reserves the right to ask you and your party to leave the villa without refund.
3. VALUABLES/MOVABLE PROPERTY
Valuables left unattended in the property are at the Client's expense and risk. Neither BOOKING FWI nor the accommodation owners (nor their staff) are responsible for any loss.
3.1. SURE
There are travel insurance, home insurance or other policies that can cover you against certain incidents, unforeseen events and delays that could interrupt, delay or cancel your travel plans. Appropriate coverage must be purchased at the time of booking. The client's signature on the reservation form confirms that the client is aware of the existence of such insurance and has selected the appropriate coverage for this reservation.
3.2. COMPLAINTS
Our representations of the Properties are accurate to the best of our knowledge and belief and are made in good faith. BOOKING FWI will use all reasonable endeavors to meet the customer's requirements during the term of this Agreement, but BOOKING FWI accepts no liability for matters beyond its control, such as failures in the supply of water, gas or electricity, although BOOKING FWI will endeavor to ensure that any such issues are resolved as soon as possible after notification.
If you have any problems during your stay, please notify BOOKING FWI immediately. It is impossible for BOOKING FWI to claim compensation from the villa owner after the rental period has ended. BOOKING FWI must be informed immediately.
Complaints made after the accommodation has been vacated will be noted but resolution cannot be guaranteed. The Client who leaves the villa during the rental period loses any right to a possible refund or reduction. No refunds will be made unless there is a serious issue that cannot be resolved within 24 hours, an alternative property cannot be located or causes extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience to the guest.
3.3. DISCLAIMER
The client agrees to waive and hold harmless BOOKING FWI, its officers, directors, employees, representative agents, accommodation owners and volunteers from any liability for any injury or loss of life that may occur to them during the continuation of the rental. and the enjoyment of the accommodation and facilities, including the swimming pool or others, except for gross negligence. The customer further agrees that this agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with French law for any claim against BOOKING FWI.
3.4. VIOLATION OF LAWS OR REGULATIONS
In the event that any term of this Agreement violates any applicable law or legally enforceable rule, such law or rule shall prevail, but only to the extent necessary to comply with the same, and the offending provision shall be null and void to that extent. extent. , while the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect; in which case the parties will endeavor to replace any infringing provision with mutually acceptable substitutes so that the balance of the agreement remains unchanged to the extent permitted.
3.5. DIVERSE
• This agreement summarizes the integrity of the terms and conditions between the principal and the agent.
• Replaces and cancels any Contract and/or agreement, written or oral, entered into or applicable to the Parties.
• Any modification of this Contract must be the subject of a document signed by the Client and BOOKING FWI.
3.6. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
This contract, as well as the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from it, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
Each term of this agreement or each part of each term of this agreement that is declared invalid will be deemed severable from this agreement, which will remain valid and effective beyond its capacity.
Any dispute related to the interpretation and/or application of this Agreement will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Basse-Terre.
Good to know:
I hereby acknowledge that I have read the Property Policies and Details, Additional Conditions and Included Services, which provide important information regarding my responsibilities related to payment, cancellation, security deposits and other essential elements for this reservation. I further acknowledge that the credit card holder, who must also be a traveler, is 20 years of age or older, as required by the terms and conditions. This Agreement becomes binding when it is sent electronically, when you sign it, or once the Company receives your initial payment, whichever occurs first.
For security reasons, the holder of the credit card used to reserve the accommodation must be present at check-in. You must present your credit card and passport for the rental purchased through our website. The name on the passport must match the name on the credit card.
